Frequently Asked Questions

Who Can Enter Our Competitions?

Our competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom. This includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. To enter you must be at least 18 years old.

Residents based outside of the United Kingdom are not able to take part in our competitions.

Can I Enter From Northern Ireland?

Yes, residents of Northern Ireland can enter our competitions.

If All The Tickets Aren’t Sold What Happens If The Random Generator Picks That Number?

In the instance the random number generator picks a blank ticket for a prize we will respin until we find a number assigned to someone to win!

How Many Times Can I Enter Your Competitions?
You can enter each individual competition up to a maximum amount of times stated on each competition page, each competition varies so there is no specific limit across all competitions.
When Do Competitions Close?
Each of our competitions run on a set ‘closing date’ this is displayed on our product page. However, quite often our competition will sell out before this closing date. In these circumstances, the competition draw will take place on the next closest prize draw, which is typically Monday 8pm, Wednesday 8pm or Friday 4pm.
How Are Prizes Delivered?
The majority of our prizes are delivered via DPD 24 hours with a tracking ID provided to the winner. Many of our smaller prizes are ordered directly from retailers (usually Amazon) and therefore use retailers delivery methods. When possible, we do deliver prizes in person as we enjoy meeting our winners.Note: during Christmas and New Year our offices are closed, therefore there will be a slight delay in prizes being delivered.
Can I Use PayPal To Enter?

We do accept PayPal orders! We’ve listened to you and are pleased to be able to offer you more ways to enter our competitions.

What If A Competition Does Not Sell Out?

We draw all competitions whether 1 ticket or all tickets are sold. If you’re lucky enough to enter a competition without all tickets sold all it means is the odds of you winning are increased! All of our competitions have a closing date, this can be found on each competition product page.  We never extend the prize or end date of a competition.

How Do I Know Who Has Won?
After our live draws, auto draws and instant win competitions we post the winners into the Draw Results page of our website. You can find the main prize winners here. You can find the Instant Win Results here.
